This quilt was made for the 2006 South West Challenge where the theme was "Art Deco Revisited". How much more art deco can you get than the Chrysler building in New York? The side panels designs are taken from the lift doors of the building. The challenge required the quilt to be exactly 1m square.

This quilt won 3rd place in the challenge, and was featured in issue 42 of Fabrications magazine.
